Hotel negotiations

T&M’s experience with negotiating costs for accommodations and room blocks will take the burden – and time commitment-from your list of responsibilities. Based on the demographics of your previous conferences, number of rooms will be suggested and approved by you. T&M will then negotiate the best price per room/night with hotels in the area of the meeting site.
